I was given the MagicBands, Mum was given the handbook and Dad.....well he was given the rubbish!!!
The one on the left says Ferb (Dad) in the middle we have Candace (Mum) and of course, Phineas (Me!!). Dad asked the lady about Flag Family. So I now get to raise one or all of the flags on November the 6th on top of the lodge.
We then headed up to our room, level 6. The highest accommodation floor (with level 7 being the club). Here's the view!!
After about half an hour in our room we set off for the Magic Kingdom! We just went for a bit of a wander in the magic kingdom for a few hours. We also went to Tom Sawyer Island!!
Magic Kingdom is the main park which is a copy of the entire DisneyLand park. After that we hopped back on the boats to get to our hotel. When we got back we had to go to Hollywood Studios (one of the three other parks-there are 4 parks) for Toy Story Midway Mania, Star Tours and Fantasmic as we had Fastpass+'s for them.
Dad and I thought that Toy Story and Star Tours was excellent. Mum had to close her eyes in Star tours as the seats move. But other that that she was fine.
Toy Story Midway Mania was where you are in a carriage and you get to blast targets in 3D!!!! Ooooooooooo ahhhhhhhh!! In every different screen you use a different type of shooting apparatus (eg. darts, balls ect.) and see some of your favourite pals from Disney-Pixar's Toy Story movies. You try and hit the targets to get more points!! Dad came 1st on 108,000 Me in 2nd on 58,000 and Mum in 3rd on 48,000.
In Star Tours you get to go onto a cruiser with C3PO trying to fix it when it's ready to take off. R2D2 is in the top of the ship. In this one out of 54 scenarios, there is a rebel (NO that is not YOU or you or any of you people!) where was I, Oh yes; there is a rebel alliance spy on board and C3PO has to safely guide us away from the Republic who are trying to....get the rebel spy. It was........AWESOME!!
Later that night we had Fantasmic. In this show, the Disney villains are trying to stop Sorcerer Mickey Mouse. If you have seen Fantasia, this will all make sense. If you haven't then go out and buy that movie!! Sorcerer Mickey's powers are created by dreams. So they try and wear his powers out!!
At 9pm we left Hollywood Studios and went to Dinner at the Wilderness lodge resort. The Whispering Canyon cafe. They yell and throw stuff like napkins, straws at you. What do ya think of that dinner? It's obviously meant to be funny but we couldn't see the funny side of it. Americans!
