DisneyWorld Day 2- Halloweeen.........BOO!!

Today is Halloween! We weren't going to the park until 4pm as we had special tickets to attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

So Dad and I spent the morning at the pool in our resort. There was a really cool water slide there! Here's a picture of me on the slide:

EVERYWHERE you go in Magic Kingdom it's all decorated for this HUGE holiday!! The Halloween party opened for party guests at 4 but the party didn't start until 7.30pm.

I went as Captain America from the Marvel films and the comics by Stan Lee.

Americans get really into the spirit of Halloween and there were some really elaborate costumes like Jack Sparrow, Mad Hatter, the Minions from Despicable Me, Cruella de Vill and a whole family of Wallys from Where's Wally.

At 4pm we went to the park and we had FP+'s (FastPass+'s) for Tomorrowland Speedway so Mum and I went on it and of course, I was driving!!

We also went on Pirates of the Caribbean. It seemed like an old ride. It was a boat ride with one drop but it was very dark and we had no idea where it was going or what was coming up. Mum screamed because she said she had no idea how far the drop was and it wasn't a big drop. I thought this ride was an ok ride but I wouldn't do it again if there was a long line up, if it was short Yes I would do it again.
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin was like One Fish Two Fish from Universal Studios. I loved this ride and enjoyed it because when you go up and down (which you can control your little carpet) I like that feeling of weightlessness.

After these rides the party began.  We went Trick or Treating.  There were certain locations where you could line up and get "treats" which were Candy as the Americans call our lollies or chocolates! We Trick or Treated at the Liberty Square Riverboat location in Liberty Square, at Splash Mountain in Frontier Land and at Storybook Circus in Fantasyland. I got about 3 bags full of lollies and chocolates.
We saw the Happy HalloWishes Fireworks Spectacular from the border of Frontierland and Main Street USA.  The fireworks were really cool and during the fireworks Cinderella's Castle lit up in different colours.  We met Jane & Terk from Tarzan and Alice from Alice in Wonderland.
We saw Mickey's Boo to You Halloween Parade at 10.30pm.  We had a wonderful position in Frontierland.  The parade was led by the Headless Horseman followed by your favourite Disney Pals which were Micky, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Daisy and Minnie along with other Disney characters and after the nice characters came the Disney Villains like Malificent, Captain Hook, Mr Smee and the Ghosts from the Haunted Mansion and some others that I didn't know.
